THE SOLEMNITY OF SACRED HEART OF JESUS

All members of Apostleship of Prayer English Speaking community here in Hong kong celebrating the Yearly Solemnity of the Sacred heart of Jesus from center 1 (Saint joseph church), center 2 (star of the sea church), center 3 (saint peter and paul church), center 4 (Holy rosary church), center 5 (Saint alfred church), center 7 (Holy cross parish), and our center 8 (Mother of Good counsel Parish). We held our solemnity here in our parish thru the cooperation of our parish priest Fr. Thomas Law, our Lay ministry Fr. Emilio Lim and Fr. James Harley, our asst. Spiritual directress Sister Mary Felicitas Nisperos, And all officers of lay council and our theme is 'year of Priesthood' Jesus Christ is the eternal priest and priest participator of his priesthood. And the venue is Mother of Good Counsel Parish no. 5 Choi Hong Road, San Po Kong kowloon. .

OATHTAKING CEREMONY OF THE NEWLY ELECTED OFFICERS

Last february 15, 2010 our four newly elected officers having their oath taking ceremony after the mass at catholic center in central Hong kong by Fr. Emilio Lim, SVD our Spiritual Director here in Hk and our assistant spiritual directress sister Mary Felicitas Nisperos but she is not seen in the photo. This photo namely from right sister veronica our president, sister josephine our vice president, Fr. emil, sister Clorinda our secretary, and sister anita our treasurer. AP MEMBERS ARE ACTIVE IN ANY ASPECT

Our cheerers their attire red skirt and white blouse during the simbayanan kammppi sportsfeast. Apostleship of Prayer are active in any aspect "church, service and sports". . Soul of Christ, sanctify me, Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ inebriate me. Water from the side of Christ, wash me.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me. O Good Jesus, hear me.

Allow me not to be seperated from you.
From the evil one protect me.
At the hour of my death call me and bid me come to you, that I may praise you with all your saints for ever and ever. Amen

PRAYER TO THE FAMILY

Almighty and merciful God, you sent your son to the world, growing up under the care oe Mary and Joseph. Please bless our family, as you blessed the holy family. Fill our hearts with youq grace, which will ultimately change our lives.

Take away all the problems and grudges in our family, let forgiveness and peace be in our midst to lead our way ahead, from now on and forever. Lord jesus, the savior of the world, we now place our family,  Hong, Kong, our motherland China and the world into your hands parish, please lead us from sadness to joy with the warmth of your love, our sad and painful memories may fade away. Do not let the kind hearts bear the unbearable pain, but let the happy laughters replace the sad tears.

O Mary- our heavenly mother and St. Joseph,  please pray for our family, parish and church,  Lord please send the holy spirit to guide the shepherds and sheep, so that we will live together in harmony.  We will prove to others that you really exist with our words and deeds.  We make this prayer through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
